New Neo Berlin 2087 trailer just dropped
You may remember Neo Berlin 2087, a game that’s been mystifying PS5 fans since its announcement back in 2023.
Well, this cyberpunk detective thriller has just released a new trailer ahead of Gamescom, and unfortunately, there’s still quite a wait before we get to experience it; the game’s slated for launch in 2028.
Neo Berlin 2087 casts you as Nolan (voiced by Elias Toufexis), a detective tracking down the killer of the city’s police chief and searching for his missing daughter.
Using cybernetic enhancements, you investigate crime scenes, reconstruct digital evidence, and fight through the streets in a blend of first and third person action.
It honestly sounds pretty dang cool, and visually it’s quite impressive, but there are still visibly quite a lot of rough edges still to buff out. In a way, I hope the developer doesn’t fix everything; the jank is kinda part of the charm.
