UFC flyweight fighter Allan Nascimento has sadly passed away at 34 years old.
‘Puro Osso’ was a 29-fight MMA veteran who had been with the UFC since 2021.
Allan Nascimento‘s last outing came at UFC Vegas 119 in June, when he suffered a split decision defeat to Mitch Raposo.

Allan Nascimento dies in his sleep
On Monday, MMA’s premier promotion announced that Allan Nascimento had died in his sleep.
The Brazilian fan favorite suffered a heart attack and was pronounced dead by responding medical staff.
“This morning, Monday, August 3rd, our beloved flyweight fighter, Allan Nascimento, was found unresponsive after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep,” the UFC wrote on X.
“Despite the efforts of the responding medical team, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
“Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Allan’s family, friends, teammates, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.”
Fighters and fans react to Allan Nascimento’s passing
Tributes have been pouring in ever since the UFC confirmed Allan Nascimento’s untimely death.
UFC middleweight Caio Borralho said: “He was one of the most kind fighters that’s I’ve ever met! Polite, good energy and always in good spirits! He will be missed 🙏🏼 RIP! @chuteboxe_sp and his family, stay strong ❤️”
Megan Olivi added: “Oh my gosh, this is heartbreaking. May he rest in peace.”
Dustin Poirier, Belal Muhammad, and Jalin Turner showed their love by posting praying emojis in the UFC’s comment section.
“Rest up, Warrior. This is so sad,” one fan said.
“Holy f— man, prayers to the family that’s insane,” another shocked X user tweeted.
“R.I.P. Just fought a few weeks ago. Life is unfair,” someone else wrote.
