The 2026 World Cup group stage is complete, and the Round of 32 is set.
The top two teams from each of the 12 groups automatically advanced to the knockout stage, joined by the tournament’s eight best third-place finishers.

Sweden finished third and qualified as one of the tournament’s eight best third-place teams. Its reward? A matchup vs. France on Tuesday in New Jersey.
