My, Brian Wang, analysis from weeks ago matches what Sequoia and Brad Gerstner, Altimeter Capital and Gavin Baker have said yesterday and today
Sequoia capital Shaun Maguire says that, in his opinion, if you add the Anthropic and Google deals + Starlink growth, SpaceX could reach a ~$50B revenue run rate in Q4. BG2, Brad Gerstner, says that the biggest thing investors are sleeping on is the potential for Cursor to make XAI competitive or a leader against Athropic on compute. This multiplies the revenue and profits.
Sequoia “That already starts to shatter the narrative that I was hearing two to three weeks ago, which is ‘oh, if you look at the Q1 revenue, it’s 15% YoY growth, and losing money, and an insane multiple.’”
Altimeter says SpaceXAI are getting 20% of the Rubin chips from Nvidia. The first gigawatt of Rubin Chip data center is $100 billion per year renting it out and is $300 billion per year or more if they use it for their own competitive coding model. XAI has the land and energy to put that up in 12 months or so.
