Founder Paul Ruddick becomes chief executive of the new Reds10 Group, overseeing nine businesses across the vertically integrated operation while remaining chairman of Reds10.

Ryan Geldard, new chief executive of Reds10

Geldard, previously managing director – offsite, takes day-to-day control as the firm targets expansion into healthcare, affordable housing and temporary accommodation.

The move follows solid 2024/25 results, with revenue of £145m and an operating margin of 4.8%, and forms part of a wider plan to scale the business to £500m.

Ruddick said: “The creation of Reds10 Group marks an important milestone for our business… bringing our family of businesses together under one group is a crucial step… and provides a strong platform for continued growth.”

Reds10 said the new structure brings together its core construction arm with sister businesses spanning modular hire, fit-out, interiors, M&E, apprenticeships, doors, lifting and furniture manufacturing.

The business manufactures buildings at its Driffield facility in East Yorkshire, where it operates five factories totalling 300,000 sq ft.

The Reds10 Group comprises nine businesses:

  1. Reds10 (UK) Limited (industrialised construction)
  2. Reds10 Modular (temporary hire and installation)
  3. Apteriors (FF&E interior design studio)
  4. Enlight10 (M&E specialist)
  5. K10 Apprenticeships (UK’s largest construction-focused employment and apprenticeship agency)
  6. Frame & Finish (fit out specialists)
