Pump.fun has added support for HyperEVM tokens through USDC, extending its trading interface beyond Solana. The move comes as Hyperliquid L1 records about $503 million in decentralized exchange volume over 24 hours and attracts wider activity across its network.

The company announced the integration on Aug. 26. Users can now buy and sell tokens issued on HyperEVM through the Pump.fun application.

The platform also offers referral rewards for any user who engages in trading through the provided links. The cost was stated to be near-zero, yet no specific fee schedule was revealed.

One HyperEVM token was definitely available at the time of the review. The market page of the EGG mentions that the token can be traded via Hyperliquid on Pump.

Pump.fun is a launchpad for tokens on the Solana network. Users are able to create and swap tokens without establishing the standard liquidity pool upon the initial release.

The platform has become tightly connected with meme tokens. Most assets use an automated bonding curve prior to being listed on a separate decentralized exchange.

Support of HyperEVM represents an additional blockchain to work with the same trading interface. This news report focuses on existing assets only and does not provide any information on the ability to create new HyperEVM tokens via the platform.

This expansion expands the business of the company beyond Solana. In the seven days before the news report was published in August, the company earned approximately $10.03 million in fees from $2.97 billion in trading volume.

About $5.02 million of the total amount was used for buying and burning 2.15 billion PUMP tokens. According to the company, 50% of their revenue is automatically repurchased and burned through a smart contract.

How HyperEVM Connects With Hyperliquid

HyperEVM is an Ethereum-compatible smart-contracts platform that works inside the Hyperliquid blockchain. HyperEVM runs alongside HyperCore, the platform responsible for the order books for the spot and perpetual markets.

Users can run Ethereum-compatible dApps on HyperEVM. HYPE is the gas token used for transactions.

Assets can be transferred from HyperCore to HyperEVM using Hyperliquid’s transfer protocol. Once transferred, assets can work within decentralized exchanges, lending platforms, and other apps.

Native USDC on HyperEVM was launched by Circle in September 2025. USDC was also expanded on HyperCore to enhance liquidity across both platforms.

The Pump.fun team has yet to clarify whether their platform will automatically account for HYPE gas fees. Users may have to keep separate HYPE balances, but nothing has been specified yet.

Hyperliquid Records Heavy Trading Activity

According to the analytics platform DeFiLlama, there is approximately $1.59 billion in value of decentralized finance on Hyperliquid L1. Stablecoins make up roughly $6.79 billion, with USDC taking up close to 98% of that sum.

In the last 24 hours, the network handled approximately $503 million in decentralized exchange volume. Seven-day volume is estimated at around $3.75 billion.

The trading of perpetuals took place with much higher volume. Over the last 24 hours, it amounted to approximately $12.43 billion, while seven-day volume was around $82.47 billion.

Pump.fun did not specify what liquidity sources handle orders made on HyperEVM through its portal. It did not clarify if all tokens are automatically accessible or whether smart contract verification is needed.
