Revenue jumped 15% to £671m in the year to 29 March 2026, driven by higher volumes on existing energy and water contracts alongside a string of new wins.
The Greater Manchester-based business also saw adjusted EBITDA surge 45% to £63m, with its adjusted EBITDA margin climbing to a sector-leading 9.4% from 7.4%.
Exceptional costs fell sharply to £3.3m from £11m a year earlier, adding further momentum to the profit rise.
Founded in 2000, Network Plus delivers maintenance, repair and civils services for major gas, power, transport, water and wastewater operators.
The publication of strong results come just weeks after US private equity giant Warburg Pincus bought the business from Canadian pension fund-backed MERS Private Equity.
No price was disclosed for the deal, although previous market speculation had put a potential valuation on Network Plus of around £900m.
Network Plus is now positioning for further growth as investment accelerates across regulated utilities.
