Shenzhen is a city built on movement. From early mornings filled with commuters to evenings glowing with skyline lights, everything seems to happen at a faster pace.
Yet, hidden above the city streets, there are places where time feels different.

This summer, Park Hyatt Shenzhen invites city explorers to discover another side of Shenzhen — one shaped by thoughtful dining, quiet afternoon moments and evenings that stretch a little longer than expected: a journey through the many moods of a summer day.
A Taste of Tradition

Away from the energy of the city below, Garden Pavilion creates a more intimate atmosphere where modern elegance meets the spirit of Chinese dining.

The restaurant’s refined surroundings provide the perfect setting for conversations that deserve more time, whether it is a business lunch, a family gathering or a relaxed meal with friends.

The Lunch Set Menu For Two celebrates the richness of seasonal ingredients. Wild mushrooms from Yunnan bring the flavours of the mountains to the table, while crispy roasted pigeon pays tribute to a Cantonese classic known for its delicate texture and fragrant skin. Steamed tiger prawns with pork paste add another layer of coastal flavour, combining fresh seafood with traditional Cantonese craftsmanship.

It is a menu that reflects the beauty of Chinese cuisine — where simple ingredients, when carefully chosen and prepared, can tell a much bigger story.
Sunlight, Seafood & Skyline Views

With its floor-to-ceiling windows and bright, open design, The Glasshouse captures the changing colors of Shenzhen throughout the day. Located high above the city, the restaurant creates a relaxed yet vibrant setting where natural light, contemporary interiors and skyline views become part of the dining experience.

The Glasshouse Brunch brings together two ingredients made for a summer afternoon — fresh French oysters and sparkling wine. The experience feels effortless: a table filled with classic morning delights, glasses raised slowly, and the city stretching out beyond the windows.

As evening arrives, the atmosphere shifts. The dinner buffet explores flavours from around the world, featuring highlights such as lobster creations and Malaysian-inspired signature dishes, bringing together seafood, spices and familiar comfort in new ways.
From Afternoon Tea to Wine O’Clock

Summer afternoons call for color.
At Living Room, the Summer Afternoon Tea Set captures the playful side of the season with vibrant creations designed for sharing. Set within an elegant lounge environment, it offers a moment to slow down — whether catching up with friends or simply enjoying a quiet pause between the city’s busy hours.

As the afternoon fades, the mood changes with Wine O’Clock. From 6pm to 9pm, guests can enjoy three hours of free-flow wines, sparkling wine, cocktails, beer and other drinks, accompanied by a mini buffet and tapas-style bites.

Adding to the atmosphere, DJ performances from Tuesday to Saturday bring a modern soundtrack to the evening, turning a simple drink into a social experience.
Golden Hour of Shenzhen

When the sun begins to disappear behind Shenzhen’s skyline, The Attic becomes a place made for lingering.
The Sunset Hour combines selected sparkling, red and white wines with cheese and cold-cut platters and seasonal fruits, creating an easy-going golden-hour ritual above the city.

This season, the bar will introduce five new cocktails inspired by different personalities and flavors from August 29. From the bright botanical notes of Azure Dragon and White Tiger to the richer and more layered profiles of Black Tortoise, Vermilion Bird and Kylin, each creation offers a different interpretation of the evening.

As night falls, live performances continue the atmosphere, with band Red Moon bringing music and energy to The Attic until late.

In a city that is always looking ahead, perhaps the most memorable experiences are the ones that encourage us to pause.
At Park Hyatt Shenzhen, discovering the city does not always mean going somewhere new. Sometimes, it means seeing a familiar city from a different perspective.
