Newsbrief: Point-and-click visual novel and Roger has sold 100,000 copies in around eight months.
The indie title, developed by TearyHand Studio and published by Kodansha, was last week honoured with the Audience Award at the 2026 Game Developers Choice Awards. It has also received a BAFTA nomination in the ‘Game Beyond Entertainment’ category.
Since launching in July 2025, and Roger has been recognized with 13 awards and nominations, including including the Best Arts, Best Presentation, and Grand Prix awards at Tokyo Game Show.
