Black Hollywood made their way to the 98th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night (March 15). Held at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre, this year’s red carpet featured fabulous appearances from Oscar nominees like Teyana Taylor, who was up for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the acclaimed One Battle After Another. Best Director nominee Ryan Coogler walked the carpet with his wife, Sinners lead producer Zinzi (By the way, Coogler ended up taking home the win for Best Original Screenplay.)
Speaking of Sinners, Michael B. Jordan walked the carpet with his mother, father, brother, and sister to celebrate the night. (Little did he know that he would win the Best Actor category for his excellent performance as twin brothers, Smoke and Stack.) Fellow castmate Wunmi Mosaku glowed in a green gown as she proudly held her baby bump.
In true original fashion, Spike Lee rocked a flashy bag with his glamorous wife, Tonya Lewis Lee, by his side. Raphael Saadiq, Danielle Brooks, Regina Hall, and many more posed for the camera before taking their seats.
