A survey in Ireland has revealed a gap between confidence and behavior in the kitchen across Ireland, which could increase the risk of food poisoning.
While nine in 10 adults said they were confident in their kitchen hygiene, 73 percent of respondents in Northern Ireland were at risk of spreading food poisoning bacteria by skipping key cleaning practices.
