Helmed by costume designer Molly Rogers—whose work you might recognize from And Just Like That—the second film explores style themes such as modern power suiting, shine and embellishment, and even vacation-ready outfitting—all with each cult character’s distinct style and point of view. Perfectly in tune with the current trend cycles, we couldn’t help but notice editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep, leaning into skirt suits and serious power tailoring—something Anne Hathaway’s character Andy Sachs fully embraces throughout the film, as well. All surprisingly wearable, these looks offer guidance when it comes to workwear and beyond, with a touch of cinematic flair.

However, it wouldn’t be a blockbuster fashion movie without some pomp and circumstance—and Rogers delivers with everything from a custom red Balenciaga gown to an adorned Dries Van Noten coat, covered in pearl droplets, both worn by Streep.
