Conor McGregor underwent surgery on his torn ACL and meniscus injury and the UFC legend has hinted at his desire to return to the octagon in the future.
The future UFC Hall of Famer has now lost four of his last five fights in Dana White’s MMA promotion, including back-to-back defeats to Dustin Poirier.
McGregor’s last win in the UFC came in 2020 after the former dual champion chalked up a stunning first-round TKO victory over Donald Cerrone at UFC 246 in Las Vegas.

Ilia Topuria has opened the door for a UFC fight with Conor McGregor before
Ilia Topuria suffered a major setback in his UFC career after Justin Gaethje handed him the first MMA defeat of his professional fighting career last month.
The 29-year-old UFC star had previously suggested that an encounter with McGregor could happen if the Irishman had beaten Max Holloway at UFC 329.
“It’s not on my radar, but if I get offered that fight, we’ll see where Conor is going to be at that point,” Topuria told The Ariel Helwani Show in April.
“If he gets a win, a great comeback, he wins his next fight and I get offered that fight, we’ll see.
“I never close the door for those kinds of opportunities, even if we are not on the same level right now.”
Topuria lost the UFC lightweight title after he suffered a fourth-round TKO corner stoppage at the hands of Justin Gaethje at the White House for UFC Freedom 250.
