Josh Hokit has accused Alex Pereira of ‘witchcraft’ as he has once again exploded on his heavyweight rival.
‘The Incredible Hok’ was chasing a fight against Alex Pereira, that was before it was announced that Hokit will fight Gane for the heavyweight title, capping off his spectacular rise in the heavyweight division.
Coincidentally, it has taken Hokit the same number of days, 371, from his UFC debut to his first UFC title shot that it took ‘Poatan’ to do the exact same.
And despite not fighting the Brazilian next, the controversial American heavyweight has once again taken aim at Pereira, continuing his feud with the UFC star.
Predict Alex Pereira’s next opponent…
Dana White will make a major announcement about ‘Poatan’ during UFC 332

Hokit echoes Jiri Prochazka’s claim about Pereira, claiming he uses ‘witchcraft’
Pereira’s next fight will be confirmed this Saturday at UFC 332, after Dana White revealed he will announce his opponent on a livestream with Nina Drama. And with him continuing to pursue the heavyweight title, Sergei Pavlovich has been highlighted as a potential opponent.
If ‘Poatan’ wins his next fight and Hokit also manages to pull off the upset against Gane at UFC 334, that could set up for a grudge match between the two next. And with that, the undefeated heavyweight has continued his verbal attack on Pereira.
“I mean, the auraless sorceress is what I’d call him, you know what I’m saying, the b—- that be doing witchcraft and we finally caught onto it,” Hokit said on the Believe Me You Podcast.
“I’m here blowing the whistle, he wants to say ‘Chama’ and all this s—, I mean, the root word from ‘Chama’ is from the Shamans and what they believe in, so he’s had the whole world chanting ‘Chama’ putting curses on the whole world. Him and his BBL can go to hell. He paints his face in women’s mascara, acts like he’s shooting people with a bow, no wonder his people got conquered, we come up and shoot you,” he continued.
Jiri Prochazka once accused Pereira of using witchcraft
Although Hokit believes he is being the whistleblower to Pereira’s ‘shamanic witchcraft’, he in fact isn’t the first one to bring it up. ‘Poatan’s’ former foe, Jiri Prochazka, also accused Pereira of using witchcraft ahead of their rematch at UFC 303.
Prochazka accused Pereira of using ‘spiritual things’ to win fights and asked him to leave that behind for their rematch as he wanted the fight to be ‘clean’.
‘Poatan’ has been known to visit his tribe before his fights as part of a ritual, which he believes gets him ready for war.
