Johnny Manziel and Bob Menery couldn’t come to terms on a ‘winner take all’ agreement, and are instead just betting $50,000 on their fight.

Johnny Manziel agrees to $50,000 fight bet with Bob Menery
Friday night’s pre-fight press conference between Johnny Manziel and Bob Menery was an interesting affair. The pair are clearly friends, but the Texas A&M legend was also pretty stern in his insistence that there will be no love lost when the pair step inside the cage.
Manziel thanked Dana White and Hunter Campbell for making the fight possible by letting Brand Risk Promotions use the Meta Apex in Las Vegas. He also noted that he even agreed to the bout as a favor to Menery, whom he feels badly needed an injection of buzz into his career.
And he was even willing to put his money where his mouth is, agreeing to a $50,000 bet after Menery flubbed an effort to go ‘winner take all’. Manziel is a nearly 3/1 favorite, and as a result the influencer wanted his purse tripled if he were to win what would become a contracted clause.
