Tracy Cortez has been given some necessary but difficult words of wisdom from one of the greatest fighters of all time.
Fan favorite Cortez has gone 1-3 in her last four outings, including a high-profile defeat to Wang Cong on the record-breaking UFC 329. Until last month, she had never suffered back-to-back defeats in her professional career.

Henry Cejudo gives Tracy Cortez dose of reality on stream
When it comes to taking accountability and overcoming the odds, perhaps nobody has more experience than Henry Cejudo. He turned to MMA after winning Olympic gold in freestyle wrestling, and ended up scoring wins over all-time greats like Demetrious Johnson, TJ Dillashaw and Dominick Cruz.
Cejudo is currently preparing for his own return to fighting in the form of a boxing match with Deen The Great next month. He retired from the UFC last year, and has since had three matches under the RAF Wrestling banner including a record-breaking win over Merab Dvalishvili.
He is in Mexico preparing for the fight, where he linked up with Cortez to break down her latest defeat. While speaking about what happened, she said of her team: “I know this camp for a fact they trained me and prepared me to fight, but they didn’t train me to fight her.”
Cejudo had his own take on the idea, telling her that “at the end of the day, yeah coach does help but I’ve been coached by the best in the world. It’s on you.” She appeared to reluctantly agree with the note before they moved on.
