Dana White has no interest in meeting with Eddie Hearn for peace talks despite Turki Alalshikh’s insistence.

Veteran boxing promoter Hearn has been at odds with UFC boss White since he made his first step into the sport earlier this year with Zuffa Boxing. They have even flirted with the idea of settling their now bitter feud with a fight of their own, although that seems to have fallen apart.

Who wins in a fight? Dana White or Eddie Hearn

Dana White has claimed to be open to a boxing match with Eddie Hearn: Who do you think would win if they met in the ring?

Then this week, the sport’s most powerful man Turki Alalshikh declared that he would be getting the pair in a room to settle their feud once and for all. However, that now appears to be unlikely given a lack of interest from both men.

Dana White and Eddie Hearn both seem to ditch peace talks

After the Saudi boxing boss declared he would be hosting peace talks in a message on X, both Eddie Hearn and Dana White were asked after their respective events if they would be attending.

The Brit just sold out Barclays Center for Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis vs Xander Zayas, while White was at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Hearn joked that he was so fired up that he might skip the talks, before White denied they had ever been arranged at all.

Dana White is asked if there is a peace summit scheduled next week with him, Eddie Hearn and Turki Alalshikh.

“I don’t know what our issues would be,” White mused after his show. “I’m good… If Eddie was here I’d talk to Eddie, I don’t have any problems and I told you guys a couple of times now I know it’s fun to ask all these questions but we are not the same.

“The competitors that I look at as competition right now are the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. None of these other guys matter to me, none of them on either side on MMA or boxing.”

White was further asked if he should meet with Hearn to discuss the upcoming Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury fight, which he seems to be hinting at promoting. Neither Hearn or Fury’s promoter Frank Warren are able to take control of the show due to their exclusivity with DAZN, and White may slot in.

“That would make sense,” he noted when the idea was floated. “I have all the info.” Asked explicitly if he will be promoting the fight, White replied: “See what Turki says in the peace summit.”
