California-based global English publisher Crossed Hearts announced on Sunday at the Anime NYC convention that it is launching an in-house imprint Studio Hearts and presenting several new licenses.

Studio Hearts will launch with four original titles: A Kiss Before the Gunshot, Doomsday Requiem With You, Chiaroscuro, and Soul Guiders.

The publisher also announced the following licenses:

  • Moku and Daran Lee’s Welcome to the Rose Manor (manhwa)
  • Via and Dalseul’s Flirting with the Villain’s Dad (manhwa)
  • Sora Mizuki‘s The Two of Us Can’t Stay Mobs (manga, COMISMA)
  • Hadajuban Yamada’s Love Beyond the Final Boss: The Hero’s Party’s Quest for Love (manga, COMISMA)
  • Higure Sakino’s Emma and the Eyes that Bid Farewell (manga, COMISMA)
  • Al Chiaki’s Where Sea Meets Shore (manga, Creator Original)
  • Crosswise’s The Devil in Me (Thai comic, Glam Beat imprint)
  • Ahn Siwoo’s Ink Soaked into Ashen Paper (Korean novel, Glam Beat imprint)
  • Chelliace’s Fairy Trap (Korean novel, Blush Club imprint)
  • Penguin’s Addicted to You (manga, Blush Club imprint)

Crossed Hearts also announced a partnership with Thai girls-love publisher Lily House to release titles in English.

Update: The company announced on August 24 it has established the “A Novel Press” imprint for its prose works (light novels, novels, and anthologies). The company will release Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke’s Mansion under this imprint, along with The Abandoned Villainess Became a Zombie. The imprint will release romance, fantasy, sci-fi, mystery, horror, and thriller works under this imprint.

Kadokawa‘s BookWalker Global store announced earlier this month that it is adding Cross Hearts’ titles to its catalogue.
