‘Gorlock The Destroyer’ has boxing match canceled as ‘vandals’ burn ring down hours before event

Noche Suprema have issued a statement regarding their event being postponed.

Coliseo Boxing Promotions were set to host an event later today in Hermosillo, Sonora that featured one matchup in particular that was certainly eye-catching.

Ali Weezy is better known as ‘Gorlock The Destroyer’, having previously appeared on the likes of Adin Ross’ streams.

The transgender influencer was set to step inside a boxing ring on August 29, however, someone has stopped this from happening.

Noche Suprema confirms event has been canceled due to ‘regrettable acts of vandalism’

Ali Weezy vs La Shamaka was just one of several bouts that were scheduled to take place later today at Noche Suprema.

However, videos posted online suggested that this wouldn’t be the case due to the state of the venue they were lined up to compete in.

Several clips emerged of the ring being on fire, with confirmation that someone did this intentionally.

Some have claimed that the entire event ended up resulting in chaos the day before the card was set to take place and that this fire wasn’t the only concerning development.

Via a statement on Instagram, Noche Suprema made it official that the event will no longer be taking place, specifically stating that this is due to the damage seen in those videos.

“Due to the regrettable acts of vandalism that occurred today at the C.U.M. Hermosillo facility during preliminary setup operations—and in the interest of ensuring the safety of all participants and attendees—the Noche Suprema event, scheduled for tomorrow, August 29, has been postponed until further notice,” the promotion wrote, translated via Google.

“We wish to announce that all Noche Suprema staff members are safe and out of danger. We regret any inconvenience caused and are cooperating fully with the authorities to clarify the facts and release official information regarding the investigation’s progress. We appreciate the public’s understanding and will provide updates through our official channels.”
