In this role, Marsh will lead business development efforts across digital infrastructure segments, supporting demand tied to hyperscale data centers and next-generation computing environments.

Leadership Hire Targets Data Center and AI Growth

Marsh brings experience in scaling sales operations and managing complex client programs within the data center sector. Most recently, he served as Director of Key Accounts at Munters, where he oversaw global hyperscale data center accounts within the company’s Data Center Technologies division.

He previously held a leadership role at Capitol Power Group, where he built out the mechanical division and led business development efforts ahead of the company’s acquisition in 2019.

Infrastructure Demand Driven by Hyperscale and AI Investment

Zekelman leadership pointed to accelerating demand for infrastructure tied to artificial intelligence and hyperscale computing as a key driver behind the role.

“Today’s global race to superintelligence is centered in North America across the Big Five hyperscalers—AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Google, and Apple,” said Tom Muth, President of Zekelman’s pipe and tube division. “They are applying the latest liquid-cooled AI infrastructure that leverage many of our products and services.”

Manufacturing and Engineering Capabilities Expand

To support this demand, Zekelman is expanding its capabilities across manufacturing, design and engineering. This includes increased flexibility in production as well as the introduction of new offerings such as skid manufacturing.

These additions are designed to support both new and existing customers with integrated solutions tailored to mission-critical applications.

Industry Engagement Strengthens Market Position

Marsh remains active across several data center and digital infrastructure organizations, including 7×24 Exchange, AFCOM, Datacenter Dynamics, Infrastructure Masons and the Open Compute Project.

His involvement is expected to strengthen Zekelman’s connection to evolving market needs while reinforcing its presence within key industry networks.
