Uncrowned has Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano live results, round-by-round updates, highlights and start time for the Rousey vs. Carano fight card on Saturday night at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. In a historic event, UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey and MMA pioneer Gina Carano make their returns atop the first-ever MMA card broadcasted by Netflix and promoted by Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions.
Rousey (15-0) changed MMA forever when she debuted in the UFC in 2013, making six consecutive defense of the UFC women’s bantamweight title and opening the floodgates for women to compete in the sport’s biggest promotion. She now makes her return to the cage for the first time in nearly 10 years.

Carano (7-1), likewise, competes for the first time since 2009. Like Rousey, she helped tear down the door for women’s MMA and was one of the sport’s most high-profile trailblazers of its earliest eras.

The main card begins live at 9 p.m. ET on Netflix.

Fazil hurts Babian with big shots to start the round! He’s on the offensive, backing up Babian to the cage and unloading. Babian is doing his best to punch back. He shoots a desperation takedown, only to be sprawled and caught in an anaconda choke! He taps! That’s it! Fazil gets the job done!

Babian comes out swinging! No time wasted! Wow. Fazil is on the defensive as he eats right hands and knees. Babian is throwing tighter shots before he dives in for a double-leg takedown. He briefly gets it, but Fazil turns and gets on top and caught in an arm-triangle hold. Babian works his way to the back and applies a face-crank. It’s solid, but not a real submission threat yet, as they continue to punch in tight. Fazil explodes, giving Babian mount. He lands elbows, gliding around Fazil from top position. Babian jumps up too high for a rear-naked choke and slips off Fazil. Fazil takes top from a loose North-South position. They adjust, and Babian gets to his knees with Fazil on top, landing short punches. Fazil controls with short shots for the remainder of the round. Not quite enough to steal it, but a good effort.
10-9 Babian.
