Advertising company CyberAgent opened an official website for the television anime adaptation of Haruki Kuou‘s Liar Liar light novel on Friday, revealing the main cast, staff, teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2023.

Kuou launched the psychological game light novel under the MF Bunko J imprint with illustrations by konomi in April 2019. Kadokawa published the 11th volume on July 25, with the 12th volume scheduled to ship on November 25.
Funa Yukina began drawing a manga adaptation in Monthly Comic Alive in August 2019. The second volume shipped in November 2020.
