OtherLevels has taken its Sports Engagement Platform (SEP) live with Island Luck Casino and Sportsbook ahead of the 2024-25 NFL season.
The casino and sportsbook operator can now deliver pre and in-play messaging using up-to-the-minute live odds and game data across thousands of markets to create personalized content, including wagering recommendations, based on personal betting behavior.
SEP is leveraging leading sportsbook platforms such as Kambi, an Island Luck partner, with a simple integration that lets OtherLevels create personalized recommendations and contextual and relevant content. This brings sportsbook data to life and provides actionable insights for each customer.
SEP assesses real-time conditions, such as odds, game state, and time, to determine optimal moments for customer engagement, driving higher activation and in-session activity.
The launch represents an important milestone for OtherLevels, a leader in live, sports-powered activations, as it continues to innovate to deliver timely, data-driven and hyper-personalized communications to end users.
