The Philadelphia Eagles issued their third and final official injury report on Friday in advance of their Week 13 road game against the Baltimore Ravens.
The Eagles ruled two players OUT: Darius Slay and Ben VanSumeren.
Slay suffered a concussion during the Eagles’ Week 12 win and did not practice this week. For the second time this season, Isaiah Rodgers will start in his place. Rodgers has played relatively well in Slay’s absence; quarterbacks have just a 79.8 passer rating when throwing his way. Slay might be able to return to the field in Week 14.
VanSumeren is an unexpected addition to the injury report. The Eagles’ fullback/backup linebacker apparently got hurt in Friday’s practice. Not a positive development. [UPDATE: BVS reportedly suffered a season-ending knee injury.]
The Eagles ruled three players QUESTIONABLE: DeVonta Smith, Johnny Wilson, and Sydney Brown.
Smith originally injured his hamstring in Week 9. He played through it for two games before missing Week 12. It looked like Smith was on track to miss Week 13 after sitting out of Wednesday’s practice but he was unexpectedly upgraded to limited participation on Thursday. Smith was limited again on Friday. He told reporters he’s not sure if he’s playing. Read into his body language what you will:
Wilson, who primarily serves as a big blocking wide receiver/red zone threat, unexpectedly missed Friday’s practice due to a hamstring injury. If both DeVonta and Wilson can’t play, they only have four healthy receivers on the roster: A.J. Brown, Jahan Dotson, Britain Covey, and Ainias Smith. Parris Campbell is on the practice squad but he’s out of temporary elevations.
Brown is also a new addition to the injury report. He was limited on Friday due to a knee issue. We saw Tristin McCollum play over Brown when Reed Blankenship got hurt early in Week 12. Vic Fangio confirmed McCollum is ahead of Brown on the depth chart earlier this week.
Vic Fangio on why Tristin McCollum, who had been a healthy scratch for a couple games, played ahead of Sydney Brown in LA:
“Tristin’s had the most reps, going all the way back to training camp. Believe he’s more ready to play.”#Eagles

Two other injury report notes:
1) Kelee Ringo missed Wednesday’s practice before being upgraded to limited participation on Thursday. He was full go on Friday and listed without a game status, so, he’ll play on Sunday.
2) Moro Ojomo was added to the injury report on Friday. He was limited due to a neck injury but he’s listed without a game status, so, he’ll play on Sunday. But something to file away.

Huff is eligible to return after Week 15, though it’s not yet clear if he’ll be healthy enough to play by then. Young and Bradberry are eligible to be activated if/when the Eagles desire to activate them. Graham is sadly out for the season due to a triceps injury. Clark is out for the season since he was placed on IR back in May.
BALTIMORE RAVENS INJURY REPORT (FRIDAY)
The Ravens ruled two players OUT: third tight end Charlie Kolar and depth cornerback Arthur Maulet.
Kolar has been the Ravens’ dirty work tight end, serving primarily as a run blocker.
The Ravens ruled one player DOUBTFUL: co-sack leader Kyle Van Noy.
KVN did not practice this week after getting banged up on Monday night. The Ravens missing their top edge defender certainly isn’t ideal for a struggling pass defense.
The Ravens ruled two players QUESTIONABLE: nose tackle Michael Pierce and rookie cornerback T.J. Tampa.
The Ravens opened Pierce’s 21-day practice window earlier this week. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday before being upgraded to full go on Friday. Seems like he might be ready to suit up. His return could help Baltimore’s run defense. The Ravens have until 4:00 PM Eastern on Saturday to officially activate him to their roster ahead of Sunday’s game.
The Ravens opened Tampa’s 21-day practice window earlier this week. He did not practice Wednesday before being limited on Thursday and Friday. Guessing he might not be ready to suit up.
Starting linebacker Roquan Smith has no game status, so, he’ll play on Sunday.
Smith missed Week 12 and was limited on Wednesday and Thursday before being upgraded to full go on Friday.
Defensive linemen Travis Jones and Broderick Washington will also play despite being on the injury report this week.
